Honestly I’m so happy you exist. I was doing so much cardio daily that I now have patellaforemal syndrome and I’m not supposed to do lunges squats jumping. But I love working out so I did this today and I loved it. Thank you so much

Good morning Heather I've been suffering with sciatica for about a month and a half now and workouts while they were few and far between, I have been doing this one which is one of my favorites. I modify when I have to and I still feel like I've done an amazing work out. Thank you for always giving us options so we continue to be healthy and modify when we need to. My knees still thank you. 💪🏻🔥❤️

Thank you for the great variety of challenging exercises and the music was on point. I feel more energized and focused after workouts like this than after high-impact cardio.
