Honestly I’m so happy you exist. I was doing so much cardio daily that I now have patellaforemal syndrome and I’m not supposed to do lunges squats jumping. But I love working out so I did this today and I loved it. Thank you so much
Good morning Heather I've been suffering with sciatica for about a month and a half now and workouts while they were few and far between, I have been doing this one which is one of my favorites. I modify when I have to and I still feel like I've done an amazing work out. Thank you for always giving us options so we continue to be healthy and modify when we need to.
