Hey Scott, I got a question i've been thinking about. When I started lifting I ate really bad and it took my almost 2 years to start seeing some changes. I did hit the gym for about 5 days a week. Do you think that i somehow "burned" my newbie gains? Feels like my maximun in natural gains is much lower because of that. What is your thoughts? 🙂
I got a big question. If my father at the age of 15 was already a good Bodybuilder and he was going to a bunch of Bodybuilding contests. Does that mean that I have good genetics for training?
