I am not a beginner, but as I have told you, have many health issues and pain, so I love the very low impact ones best! I super love this, but I can do almost all of your stuff, but a few I of course have to modify! i do indeed, and will always-fight to stay moving! Thanks for being you, and being awesome!! <33

Hello Lucy I enjoy your videos. I recently strained my sactica nerve doing spinning at home and cycling on the road. I am resting my body. I just wondered what sort of workouts would be best for me to do once I am better. That you recommend that will help me loose weight and stay toned. I have tried to lose weight in lockdown but tis been hard without a gym. I would like to loose 2 dress sizes not sure where to start.

Hi Lucy, just a small question, probably a little silly. Does a full floor-based fat-burning cardio or floor-based HIIT programme exist in the ones you’ve done before? If not, could you do some please? Would be so great for those days where a floor-based routine is all I can manage.

Thank you Lucy; today I just decided to do it instead of planning to start tomorrow. I didn't realise this was week three but enjoyed it thoroughly and the sweat was pouring off me. As I have at least 75lbs or more to lose, I need my workouts to be low impact but challenging at the same time. You always deliver with your workouts and can trust that they are exactly as described.
I'll start week one tomorrow and commit to working out every day x

I m 4 months post partum after d birth of my twins. I also have four finger diastasis recti. Doing your workouts as well as exercises for repairing DR.
I m not a very moving person n have never stuck to any exercise routine for long. Was sceptical of sticking this time as well. But I m surprised how much I love doing your routines. I m currently doing four routines in a day…

Thank you Lucy, loving this series, like I said before I’m not one for exercise at all, but you are keeping me motivated, I struggled on week 2 simply because I had to go back to work and fit this into my routine (had to get up a little earlier) so I repeated week 2 until I completed it. Your motivation chats got me to return to the workout and now just started Week 3. It’s brilliant thank you

just came by to say thanks. Your exercises make me sweat a lot but they are doable for a complete beginner like me, I was almost giving up thinking there was something wrong with me because I wasn't able to complete any cardio beginner videos without having to pause many times.
