Grounding is amazing, I love it! The other thing that makes a big difference is stretching before bed, just 10 mins. But it helps me sleep better and is so good for you. Game hanger 😊❤️

I was writing 3 things every day I’m grateful for no matter how small when I was fighting depression, it helped 💯. Yes, sunscreen is the #1 anti aging thing you can do imo. Super cute outfit 😍! Love your decor 💖 Yes I’ve let go of friendships & family where relationships were one sided 😞 👋🏼. No I used to love getting grounded but I cannot anymore since a stroke left me with neuropathy pain on my left side.

What brand of celery juice do you buy and where do you find it? I find it hard to find celery juice around my area that doesn’t have a whole bunch of additives like sugars etc but I may not be going to the right stores.

I would say either writing down 5 things I am thankful for everyday or writing down 5 positive things about my spouse. Finding things I am thankful for or things I love about my spouse helps me to focus on the positive things in my life. This is a game changer

I am barefoot every minute I do not absolutely have to have footwear on. I also have to spend time outdoors in nature every day. (even in the winter…I am in NY not Cali). If I don't, I feel very ungrounded.

The daily gratitude list is essential! It makes all the difference, especially when you are going through a difficult time and feel like life has knocked you down. Also, even if someone does not feel they wronged you…even if they never admit it…even if they do not accept that they did something you need to forgive, it's ok. That is on them and their own issues. The act is for you, for your mental and emotional health. You don't need them to validate you.

Thank you for this vlog you have given me a lot to think about. Especially thank you for being some attention to sunscreen I am 49 I wore sunscreen but I didn’t take care of my skin like I should have and now I have had basil cell carcinoma on my nose I had to endure plastic surgery to reconstruct one side this has been really traumatic physically and mentally. I LOVE your outlook on life you seem so real. It took me a long time but I’m trying to get healthy

I have about 30 mins each morning to myself. Empty the dishwasher (not too exciting!) filling the diffusers with essential oils, making coffee. All of that sort of makes me feel in control and set the tone for the day

LOVED THIS LIST THANK YOU KATIE! I am going to check out the headphones because I have small ears too, and I always have trouble with buds staying in!! I ALSO loved the celery juice. I have done it in the past because of the summer shape-up challenge ( woot woot) but I stopped because it is a lot to keep making it. So I might try to buy the juice like you said and see how i feel! Just wondering. I was following all your videos and daily routines. Did you get out from hypothyroidism? None of the routine had taking a levothyroxin or any other pill for thyroid in your morning routine. 🤔

Love these videos!! I need to work on being flexible with my plan! Having been a person that has lost weight and kept a good chunk off still – I’m so hard on myself to get my workouts in. They sometimes are crashed by a 3 year old or I don’t get to bed on time – and I really let it get to me! Deff need to just chill out and remind myself any movement is good! If I can ask, how long should you spend strength training a muscle group? If I added it to cardio? Does your app have training and cardio in it? I need to try it out! Random question: what’s your thought on taking collagen?! Also, do you have a fav everyday body sunscreen? OK sorry for all the questions and rambling lol thanks for all you do! Xo
