Happy Healthy February of 2022!
I am so very excited to join the team at Walk with a Doc in spreading the good news of what “walking” can do for the health of the world!

This new 2 Mile “heart healthy” workout was created in celebration of our friendship with Cardiologist David Sabgir and his amazing team over the years!

I was part of the film crew and producer team and LOVED IT! Leading the workouts for so many years (decades!), I so very much enjoyed the work behind the camera.

Please join Dr. David, Dr. Natalie (our Pittsburgh PA – Dr. G!) and the beautiful cast of walkers that are all connected to health care, or as we describe it “healthy care” and let’s all go WALK WITH the DOCS!

Fantastic! Love seeing some new workouts recently with some new leaders although I do miss Leslie. I have a library of DVDs with Leslie and still do them as well. Already done another workout today but will do this one tomorrow for sure. Love having the docs there as well and it's very fast too which is extra good!

It's boring and being a doctor she said ," warming up the tops of the legs"…. She can call the muscles what they are, even professional fitness instructors do that. This is just lame. There are much better workouts for beginners and physically incapable people on YouTube . The music is boring too. But everyone is different and and she has millions of subscribers and thousands of viewers.

Good walk but I felt the moves were not synced with the music. Had to shut my eyes to keep with the beat. Felt it was a little rushed from move to move

A really good walk; but the instructor does not really stay with the beat of the music…she kind of goes in and out of the beat. I found myself not listening to her count of the beat so that I could stay on beat. Other than that, the moves and pace give you a good walking workout!

Thank you Leslie for your different class instructors. Good that you have people from the medical field. "Walk with Doc class" Good to see doctors encouraging their patients to walk. I joined these classes since 2020. I work in Bamako Mali and these classes have changed my life. I used to suffer from lower back pain despite doing yoga and other exercises. When I started these classes, I used to just walk outside (good to connect with nature) but I missed the knee lifts, the kicks, the kick backs, the grapevines, the upperbody, the step touch, the boosted walk, arms to heaven etc. Since I started doing Walk at Home videos with Leslie, Kamilah, Rocky, Nadyia and Nick, my lower back pain is gone. I feel good. I trimmed my waist line with those knee lifts and rotational moves. Well done guys. Keep us inspired. Keep us in good health. Appreciated.

Am 13 and I already am overweight. Pls put out a series of workout of some months.. Like. 3-4 months series daily for like loosing at least the fat on my thigh. Cuz it's so broad.. Pls. You're the last hope
I am starting to lose my hope because I am being called a fatty and all those words by my school friends
I myself ain't happy with me… I have literally stopped looking into my body in the mirror…
Pls just release a series or even a single video would work

I loved it when Leslie herself led these workouts. She actually stayed with the beat of the music. She followed the pace and downbeat. These new instructors do not have a sense of the beat at all. Where is Leslie now?
