I always used to have slim waist, but i started working out and my waist became bigger and wider. I thought it might also be due to getting older but no it was from abs. Cause when i stopped it became smaller. Please make a specific program on how to have abs but not get a wider bigger waist.
i've had personal trainers over the years, run regularly, and eat fairly healthy and was content with that but once i started blogilates over quarantine, i suddenly got abs for the first time in my life – totally unexpectedly! – and now i'm addicted <3
I SUCK at dieting…. It’s not like I don’t want t to maintain a good diet but I can’t keep up with a good diet like I always become extremely lazy and often skip meals so currently I’m working on my muscles and fat …. Abs I guess maybe in near future
Does cutting sugar and eating healthy rly help with having abs? Or does the food aspect of this only depend on a calorie deficit? I love your workouts btw 😀

Its sad I would focus on mainly my abs and do ab workouts but u could never see them 🙁 now I just do all of my body workouts

Look up missfitsandnerdy's video on abs for more useful advice for a 6pack! Exercises here might not be efficient alone in building a 6pack.
