Does anybody have recommendations about loosing fat ( maybe some of you know some secret)? Especially then on the legs because of all the excercise are getting bigger. Or is it just about doing excercise for them to?

Dude, I’ve been doing this workout a ton for the last two months. I just tried a Caroline Girvin 40 minute body weight ab workout and it wasn’t as hard as this. How can that be. I’m so strong now, thanks Casey!

I do your extreme abs workout everyday so I thought I’ll just jump right into level 3. Wow!!!!! That plank was killer. You said two minutes left and I was like I actually can’t do this…. But I did push through somehow. You got me good on this!!! Thank you so much. This is the most challenging ab workout I’ve found on YouTube. You’re amazing!!

I am doing 20-25 mins of jumping rope (1500 skips) .. results are amazing with that but now I want to add Pilates to sculpt my belly area ❤️
