A practice designed for humans living through disorienting times. This complete session is designed to help you use the tools of yoga to become aware of where you are so you can mindfully guide yourself forward. Increase flexibility, build strength, improve posture with this breath led yoga practice.
In this session, we will ease in, practice breath technique, and MOVE.
Be prepared to let go of what no longer is serving you, feel the power of your own presence, and boost your connection with feelings of balance, ease, creativity, and contentment.
Encouraged but optional: bring a blanket or towel to sit on.
Let me know how it goes for you in the comment section, I love to hear from you!

This session is not a fix all but I think it does a damn good job of gently putting you in an empowered role to center in your awareness and guide yourself forward.
Because no one else can do that for you.
No guru. It has to be you.
How are you feeling after today's practice?
Day 27 of December ❤️🙏🏼

Balance Day 27: I choose to move forward. I don’t know how to describe how I felt in the last tree pose other than I felt like my body was new. It was a rush and soothing at the same time.
I almost didn't do this video as it's so long. Too long for me, i thought. But I'm so glad i followed my intuition and pressed play because it is beautiful!
Thank you for another fantastic practice! It was just what I needed this afternoon! 💕
I choose to be well and have ease of being
I choose to stay true to self (intentions)
I choose to be mindful of self (and others)
May all practising this flow – find Balance and fresh start
May all have ease of being
Namaste
Thank you! This is an amazing, empowering practice! I choose to heal myself and others.
Thanks. That was great. I don’t usually do your longer videos tho the time went very swiftly. Thanks. I also enjoyed setting my intention at the end with “I choose “. Looking forward to January 1st to start my second real time yoga 30 days with you. Namaste 🙏. Sue, New Forest, UK (ps I chose to do a short meditation followed by a glass of wine in front of my fire 🔥 x😊
Thank you Adriene for another beautiful practice. I choose mindfulness and gratitude today 💕🙏
Thank you for an amazing practice 💚
36th YWA <3. Best decision to start on Nov. 22. Have gone through so many medical tests this year and this yoga just brings my mind at ease. Thanks Adriene.
Thank you! So lovely to start the day….on this cold winter day.

Catching up on a swapped out practice earlier in the week for almost the last day of Balance December 2021. This is definitely one of my favourites ❤
I just loved this one, perfect to transition to a New Year!
As I whisper Namaste today I have tears streaming down my face. Last practice of 2021 for me, which means I have done yoga, everyday, for a year. Well almost, I missed a couple of days in February while trying to figure out how to make it work for me, but one year ago I started on BREATH and tomorrow MOVE begins. I am so proud of myself and grateful to my mind and body for sticking to it. This is just the beginning, thank you to this community and thank you to Adriene, from the bottom of my heart. This is truly life changing.
I rearranged a bit to save this longer one for a day off. Perfect way to look forward into the next year- I choose hope! Thank you Adriene. Happy New Year to everyone in this community.
Last practice of 2021 for me too "Envy", best wishes to all for 2022! Namaste Adriene and this wonderful community! Can we have a yoga retreat in 2022? : )
It's 2022 New Year's eve and I'm welcoming it by doing this practice, thank u Adriene ❤
I want to thank you Adriene, and all of the beautiful yogis that make up this community. Today was my last practice of 2021 – and I stuck with it since January 1st of this year – made it to my 365 days of yoga daily. Some days were simple 6 or 7 minute practices, but I stuck through. The immense power of this community is astounding – seeing the comments from everyone each day has been inspiring, humbling and touching. Looking forward to continuing this daily journey and discovery alongside everyone!
So perfect for new year morning
I still don't understand how I can find a drishti when my arms are in front of my face in Eagle pose???
who’s here on the last day of 2021? lol
Having had a lengthy break from yoga, this was the perfect session on New Years Day 2022. I feel reset & relaxed. Thank you Adrienne. Looking forward to 'Movement' throughout January ☺
Ha! I see what you did there 🙂 I was a great start into the new year 😀
Let's MOVE and thanks alot!
Yummy!
I could hear Adriene's heartbeat in my headphones the whole way through this practice, and it somehow added to it!
Good one for New Year’s Day 2022!
Thank you Adriene! My son (3 years) and wife finally joined the practice, after watching me doing yoga for some years.
