If they always just use the same 4 moves….what's the difference between workouts? Ive watched this one and the one before it (on YouTube)….and seemed basically the same. I like the workouts, but am struggling to see how they differ ….thanks!

So I struggle to do all these different exercises so walking is good for me. However during the day I don’t really do much I do chores now and again then I sit down to watch tv then later I exercise will I still get the benefits?
This was a good 1 mile walk I really enjoyed this I needed this I really enjoyed myself

I need Leslie, this aint it. As a beginner video, u jumped right into it. No warm up, no cool down. Ill be re watching old videos because I'm 37, and over weight and I need to stretch. And I need that cool down period to bring my heart rate back down
This was great, but definitely not beginner. So many moves in this one. I was struggling to keep up
