This is your 35 minute mini loop band shred workout! In this workout we will work the entire body for strength and cardio using your mini loop bands. As always I will give you lots of different options so listen to your body and work to your level. Are you ready? Let’s do it!

The burn!🔥 This was an A-MAZ-ING workout! I just loved it and my bands didn't really slip, a bit on split jumps but wasn't a problem. I'm going to feel this tomorrow!🔥 Thanks Amy!!
