I think this is something we could ALL benefit from lately!! Managing stress is SO important when it comes to keeping our bodies and minds healthy & happy. I hope you can use this 20 minute routine whenever you feel the stress and/or anxiety creep up on you during your day. We need to MOVE that stagnant energy and then refocus it! Did this today for the December challenge… anyone else on the verge of tears through the yoga part? 😳 apparently I needed this more than I thought I did.
I did not enjoy this workout at all. Sundays are usually reserved for yoga and stretching. Yeah, that's in this, but I'm hot and sweaty and uncomfortable trying to hold these poses.
This flew by! I don't normally like yoga/stretching, but this was so enjoyable!!
