I think this is something we could ALL benefit from lately!! Managing stress is SO important when it comes to keeping our bodies and minds healthy & happy. An amazing work out! Thanks a lot! Looking for another similar, but with some 20sec rest between the different exercises in the first part :). With rests it could 12 to 15 min :). Thanks again!

Why did I hate and love this video at the same time??!! Thank you so much! I was wondering I saw some of your stretching videos I even did one… 🙂 was wondering if you had a stretching posture one? I did not enjoy this workout at all. Sundays are usually reserved for yoga and stretching. Yeah, that's in this, but I'm hot and sweaty and uncomfortable trying to hold these poses.
