Amazing lucy , just finished your workout and been doing it for 5 months now and lost 3kg .
very effective and not boring at all. recently my knees started aching and doc said that its due to overuse of knees. i havent been doing any hard excercise. does this happen?? pls reply.
Lucy can you please upload some pregnancy work outs or show the difference for pregnant women? My midwife said high intensity is not good for pregnancy and I really miss your work outs 🙁
After being off working out for three weeks bc of some very stressful family health issues, i am finally ready to get back on the band wagon tonight! going to give this work out a try. Short and intense work outs like this are definitely up my alley!

Yup! Saw the rat.
Lucy, my cousins live in Somerset ( yes, I have British relatives) and I visit them often. I will be returning home to France permanently. Would love to visit this woodland area. Where is it? Is it nearby London? Wherever it is in England my cousins would take me there. We would do a family outting.
