the mountain climbing is not too friendly for your knees, except if you go slow maybe.

I have an old knee injury that flares up every now and then and would love it if you had more and longer (like 20min) 'easy on the knees' HIIT workouts from you. I think I'm done every Low-impact one on your channel, and this one I have done many time already.

This was so helpful Joe! I struggle with the IBT band in my left leg and often need physio for my knee. I’ve been working out hard for the last 2 weeks and now it’s playing up. Been really good to find a workout that’s easy on the knees but still gets my heart rate up and burns a lot of calories!
does any one know how much calories it can burn, after one set of this exercise.
Please can you add more easy on the knees workouts- perhaps slightly longer or more intense ones?

I would love more like this – especially without squats or lunges. Some of your other "easy on the knees" workouts have squats and/or lunges, which unfortunately can be a problem for some people with knee issues.
My knees are like ever-whining babies. They complain at the slightest provocation. My husband and I have been following this workout for close to two weeks now. It's compact, full of high intensity moves and yet easy on my knees. I feel energetic, while keeping my knees happy.
Joe, I'd love to have more such home workouts, which are easy on the knees. PLEASE.
I’d just like to echo that it would be great to see more knee friendly hiit exercises. I have been searching and trying and frankly none of them pulls up my heart rate and gives the muscle burns like your exercises Joe. Pretty please?
If anyone is interested in calories burned during this video: I did this workout this afternoon while wearing a FitBit Inspire 2, and burned 175 calories. I'm 26/F, 155lbs and 5'2.
In terms of experience, I've been losing weight for about 8 months through diet and began exercising 4 months ago. I've done this workout a few times and made some modifications to the floor work. I did a 20 minute workout before this from the Body Project: https://youtu.be/Ba3qZjzPonI.
If you use a FitBit, this was 39 zone minutes for me, about half and half fat burn with a little cardio.
Finding it hard to rest my injured knee but this makes me able to workout still thank u x knee support on and smashed it x

It's been hard to get a good workout during the colder months in MN + during pandemic (gym closures).
Working out is one the (if not the) best ways to unload during these trying times. Thanks for getting my mind and body away from the lonely quarantine and the stress that work can sometimes bring.

Badly sprained my knee at Christmas and so happy Joe's done some easy on the knees videos as I was doing all his HIIT videos often. This one is just as good as getting a sweat on without squats and lunges. Love it. Please do some more!
Great workout but watch out for the double punch knee combo. The knee on the standing leg takes some strain (especially if it's had a slight twist or injury recently) as I just discovered.
Loving these low impact workouts as I have problems with my ankles. I also have problems with my wrists. It would be great if Joe could give alternatives as in this video I held a plank on my forearms
More boxercise type workouts would be great Joe – just to mix it up a bit

I enjoyed the workout but I would not say this is easy on the knees with all that bending and kicking. I think it depends on your knee injury so just try it and if your knee hurts then STOP the movement. I altered some of the movements. Instead of kicking after the second set I began doing arm rotations where I held my arms out and circled them without putting them down. I also did swim strokes and wall pushups.
29th March – legs sore today so back with this one! Hand weights again, but felt a little easier this time…. Session 80 for 2021. Ooft. Sweaty!
