While it’s the most wonderful time of the year, we know the holiday season can get a little hectic with holiday parties, shopping, family visits and giving, making it tough to find the time to fit in fitness too. Not to worry! Here at JESSICASMITHTV, we’ve got you covered year round. Join us for our #Quickfit program in December to stay on track with your workouts, maintain your fitness level and, most importantly, relieve stress (oh, and there may be some helpful extra holiday calorie burning in there too)!
All of the workouts in this program are 20-minutes-or-less (they shrink in length the closer we get to the holidays) so they are easy and convenient to fit in during your already busy day (most are also equipment free, making them perfect for travel too!).

I love doing your workouts and I share them with friends all the time. I have your DVD's that I use at home as well. I do your workouts because you emphasize how to hold your body and you tell where I should be feeling the exercise. This is what keeps me from getting hurt.

Count me in. I was just looking at the Fall schedule and was quite amazed to see that we're right at the end. I am looking forward to this challenge. I've already instructed my daughter that she's joining me on it so will be passing the email onto her. I'm also planning on buying your walking dvds this month and doing the schedule that you emailed a little while ago. I really love the structure. Keeps the guess work out of how best to work my body out and keeps me on track. Thanks for everything Jessica.

Count Me In!! We are doing a fitness challenge at work that begins December 1st and your program will be the motivator that I need to rack up some fitness points. Of course the best part will be that I get healthy and in shape.
