Here’s another Indoor Walking Workout for you! This time, the exercises will also target your waistline – to tone up and strengthen the CORE. This workout is low impact and beginner friendly. It’s great for everyone to do at home, plus it’s lots of fun! Simple exercises, yet extremely effective.
Your heart rate will be increased, you’ll be burning lots of calories and fat. While filming this workout, I managed to hit 2.9km and also burned 250Cals in just under 30 mins. You’ll be burning an average of 200 – 300 calories depending on your speed of walking, workout intensity, fitness level and also body composition.
INTERVAL: 45 secs Work – 15 secs Rest

Just got this done and oh boy.. it certainly wasn’t beginner friendly, at least not for me! But the satisfaction is amazing – I was panting so hard I could barely catch my breath at the end. Whole body is aching now but I burned abt 280 calories! Couldn’t manage the advanced version but I’ll get there soon I hope!

12/28/2021 Day 7 of the 8-week challenge! I was able to complete this workout, it had just the right amount of challenge for me while still being able to complete it. I really liked how it was low impact, too 🙂
just added this exercise to my favourites! I coudnt believe that such "simple" movements could give me a good sweat! perfect for my toe arthritis!
