This was a really challenging practice, but I was struck by how much I've learned in just a week of practice. Instead of getting angry with myself because I couldn't complete some of the poses, I was much more able to accept where my strength and body is at the moment. (And laugh when indeed, I fell over!) Maybe because I could anticipate that I would have some struggles? Either way, it felt good to make it to the mat today.

2 years ago I couldn't down dog to save my life … Now I'm doing crow! For anyone just starting out… You've got this!!! Stick to Adrienne and a healthy routine and it will be live changing! Best it luck in 2022! Thanks Adriene!

After reading some of the comments I could see a lot of us being frustrated with our inability to do certain moves or to follow Adriene. I think it has a lot to do with the pace of the sessions, at least for me. I find the pace (in most of the videos of „Move” so far) to be faster than other (older) Adriene’s videos. Is there a purpose behind it, Adriene?

So there was actually a prerequisite for this practice. Really no idea how some of these moves were meant to work for people in larger bodies and the only accommodation assumes you have a block. Glad tomorrow will be different because this is the most let down I’ve felt after 2 years of following the channel.

Day late ganggg- so cool to see 1229 people practicing at the same time as me hehe. Gutted I couldn't get the half moon stuff at all, at one point I stood up and looked at the screen like huhhh? hahaha. Still looking forward to tomorrow tho <3

Flight was a serious challenge that certainly had the need to apply breath in crow…engaging core too maintain balance when lifting knees to elbows….must be the weekend….
