Woke up in the middle of the night realizing that I skipped yesterday's practice! Thankfully it's one I was able to do without leaving my bed! Back on track tomorrow, or rather today after the sun rises! Namaste.

so so grateful for the opportunity and ability to cultivate this practice. thank you adriene, thank you fellow watchers experiencing this with me, thank you little cats who come check out the mat with curiosity as i practice, thank you dad for staying awake as long as i am to help ease my sudden bout of paranoia this evening.
I wish I had done this one yesterday, it would have done me some good. But at least I made it to the mat today.
Got on my period yesterday, and skipped this practice, since I did nothing else than have severe pain.. Today I did this one and it was perfect to slowly get back into it again. Thank you Adrienne!

The minute I lay on the mat tears started to fall down the sides of my face right through the whole practise. I can't explain the sense of inertia that came over me. Tomorrow will be better.
gave myself the day off on day 20, so i doubled up today, first doing Strength and then Day 21 – Restore. Perfect switcharoo, and I could have done this twice. Really enjoyable. Thank you!

Thank you, Adriene. I have to say, this really is a cathartic journey for me, in the most unexpected of ways. Certain moments throughout the course I have had emotions course through me. The first time was early on in the sessions; we were planting our hands to the ground in table top and I started to cry. I allowed it to happen, which is probably a good thing as releasing emotions does not always come easily to me. It happened again today when we were supposed to say "I am enough". Yeah, that was hard.
This was a really great session. Thank you for helping me to process some deep rooted things that it's about time I allowed myself to face. Namaste.

I'm still here! I did day 20 and 21 both today, Sunday the 22nd. 💓 Yesterday was full of activity that kept pulling me away, but I worked it out. Such a cozy one for day 20!
