Every time I feel as though savasana could last a bit longer
At the end of practice, when we come to lie on our backs and Adriene says 'pretend there's a sand bag on your legs,' my 4yo son came to lie on my legs and serve as my sand bag.🤣

Today I noticed my lower back pain is gone. I laid on my stomach for over an hour and normally that would make me feel so achy, but I feel fine!

This was my favortie practice so far… I loved the moves, and I think they are some that I will come back to…sadly I lost track since I had to travle, and I'm now lagging behind with two days. But I am happy to see that the practice still feels perfect for each day that I go through! ❤️ Thanks for helping me show up on a daily basis.

I've actually touched my nose with my knee – it's been the first time on my whole yoga journey!
Managing to do 80% of days so far is great for me. I feel like this one was a bit of a trick though. 😛 What seemed like it would be bedtime yoga had some bits that really worked my muscles.

I felt a lot more flexible today, the lunges in this one was great. I challenged myself to make the circles with my top half and boy was it a challenge. I took it slow, was a little wobbly but I did it! Thank you 😊 💙💜
I had a hard time with this one, too much time on my hands (lol) with wrist issues. Had to use fists which didn't feel right… are fists ok?
A few days behind here but the view count was still up about 400 when I finished this practice. Hello 400ish people that practiced with me. ❤
