That was heart pumping alright! excellent workout. I'm not used to seeing my max heartrate of 195 bpm (yeesss!). Decent average heartrate of 136 bpm too. That was awesome. I worked HARD. So yes I'm feeling it. AND feeling that I worked hard, am tired, but have good energy post-workout feeling! With each day and each workout I'm putting down another coat of paint on the new wall of fitness in my body room refurbishing project (okay I wasn't sure where that analogy was going until I sort of found myself at the end). 🙂 Must be good- workout generated creativity (if that's what I dare call that). Like # 258 Let's GOOOOOOO

I must admit i had to pause and take breaks in between most circuits. But then.. that's why we come here .. not for easy workouts.. but for intense.. rigorous ones!! AMRAP is amazing 👏👏👏👏👏👍❤️
Is it possible to divide the workout in the morning from 10:00 core/abs workaut 15 minutes and in the evening to do a workout full body for 40 minutes? Will these workouts have any effect?

What a great workout. I've never been able to do burpees so my heart sank when I saw them but I just did more plank jacks instead. Rather than feel like I'm failing, I felt like a success that I had more of those bad boys in me. Thanks for the great workout, the positive mindset and all the encouragement Amy.
