What a great way to start a Sunday! This was challenging but awesome. Legs were burning from all the lunges and those plank-push up-jacks were TOUGH!
Great workout for people under 35. I'm almost 40 and i MUST do a gentle warm-up for at least 10min otherwise I'm pretty guaranteed to injure myself.
Perfect!!! I added this onto a cardio and abs workout! I absolutely love the format with the fire round!!! 💥🔥

Love these bodyweight moves! My legs were burning on the lunges by the end I could barely get the jump! Definitely a great add on!

I love the 10 mins workout. If I just plan to do just 10 mins a day, it's helps me to be way more consistent.
I have a 6mo baby and love having some 10 minute workouts available for those days when I'm not sure he will nap long enough for a full workout! I paired this one with a 20 minute yoga today.
