Day 20 means we are ALMOST done with our third week of the 100 Glute Challenge and I’m glad you guys are still with me!
Since I had Rosanna Pansino on yesterday, I thought it made sense to put her boyfriend, Mike Lamond and his trainer Dustin Glass through it too!! I’m gonna make them put on their imaginary high heels for number 4 high heel bridge. Ready?? Go!!!

Who else loves seeing guys suffer through Pilates?
Couldn't do single leg with injuries, so both legs at once, still gr8. Especially since haven't done much on toes becuz of foot injury from December,…but enuf progress to do this, barely….

Also when I swapped to my left foot down and right one up, my left foot started cramping up.
I took breaks in each 25 reps for first 100 but i didnt take any break for second 100 wow

Oh my, this was the first time during this challenge that I was internally cursing Cassey for coming up with such an evil move. I was dreading this day since the beginning of the challenge and for me it has been the hardest one. I just tried to do it as quick as I could so it would be over soon. But I had to split it up into to sets of 50 every leg and still had to take many breaks. Anyones else lower back also hurts from doing this?

Seeing guys being tortured and dying while doing Pilates is so satisfying haha! I agree with this move being a medium.5; it was pretty intense but not to the point where I'm absolutely dying and hating it
