powder for an easy post workout. My parents are quite wary about it and I have watched loads of videos saying it's ok for me but I just wanted to know your opinion on taking whey protein at my age.

One big mistake people think with these challenges is that the stomach size gain people get is fat gain. It isn't. Most of it is severe bloating lol. Because you can't put on that much fat simply overnight. Like muscle gain, fat gain is a slow process.
