Dumbbells: I used 2x5lbs, 2x10lbs, 2x15lbs, 1x40lbs

3 years following you, 3rd week program completed and what a journey for me, I came from far… at the end few kgs and 1 size less, but much more important than that I feel stronger and more confident, I look and feel better.
Friends, walks, and your WOs have helped me when I went through difficult times. I've changed my lifestyle to a more active and healthier one, and I'll stick to it!
At 43, I've taken one of the biggest decisions of my life because I feel stronger!

I've been doing your workouts since the pandemic began in 2020 and never felt the need to go back to the gym. I actually got in better shape since I've been doing your workouts then all the years that I went to the gym. I'm going to be 52 in May and I'm only 8 lbs. away from my goal weight of 150. I'm going to continue your workouts for the rest of my life. Love you!!
