Omg I love this! Can we all just appreciate pam for a sec? I mean, working out is about being healthy, not about the looks. But let me just say… I have seen a HUGE difference in my body since working with Pam! I am much more lean and toned. She makes me so motivated and confident to keep pushing and just be myself!!! ❤❤❤
