can please someone tell me this exercises are making your butt smaller or bigger because i wanna a smaller butt :D:D
To get a smaller butt you'll want to do this exercise plus some cardio. Building muscle will help you burn calories once you have a good foundation, but if you ONLY build muscle and don't do any cardio, you may end up with a slightly bigger butt.
i want to have a shaped butt again …coz when i gave birth 9 months ago.. i lost my butt figure.. what can you suggest an exercise for me? please?? ♥_♥

The slow squat is not intense enough, so I just hold the squat position for the duration of that particular exercise.
That wall sit was killing me

is it fine to just do the first two rounds? Because by the third I feel, not bored, but I don't know….like it feels slower since I've already done the exact thing twice.
But anyways, I loved the first two rounds as an every day workout! Thanks fitnessblender for all the videos, my lower body especially thanks you haha

More sweat than I expected! None of the exercises were particularly difficult except the wall sits. Those require a good amount of mental focus.

Anybody tried the Clegenatur Methods (just google search it)? We have noticed numerous amazing things about it. a lot of people increase their breast size without surgery using it.
