This is great. Kelli, could you please make a new series of workout videos for those of us with health issues? I have Fibromyalgia, Spondylosis, vertigo and other issues. I don't see many workouts for those of us who struggle physically. I mainly stick to walking workouts now but I have lost so much muscle. Most online workouts are too fast and hard for those of us with physical ailments.

Thank you for this. I was able to do every move (even if I can't reach my toes yet) and didn't overdo it. Got my heart rate up which I need to do more often. Now going to ride my bike and call it a day. 😁

These gentle cardio sessions have been a lifesaver for me during pregnancy. It's so easy to use pregnancy as an excuse to be less active. But I always feel better if I stay active, even if it's a gentle cardio. Thank you, Kelly! ❤️
